Hello Experts ,

Hope you all doing well!!,

i did right documentation purpose for WhatsApp integration in XO platform it got worked without any issue, same thing i trying to integrate with Smart Assist instance bot for WhatsApp. its not working over there , can you anyone help us on this cases?
