Is use of SSML available in Kore.ai? If so, would it be possible to show a sample of how to use it within a solution?

SSML is supported on Kore.ai platform.
SSML tags can be added in all Entity and Message nodes across all dialogs.
Please use the advanced mode and use the channel override option and add the SSML directly.
Please note the voice channel you are overriding should support it.

Hi,
Whilst the SSMLs work with Google engine. They don’t seem to work with Microsoft. Would you be able to support this?
