Hi, post adding URL in file upload in Kore ai search assist, will smart assist reflect updated content in case web page(url added in file upload) gets updated with new content? Note- we have ruled out web crawl for some reason.

Thank you for reaching out to Kore.ai Community.
Please note, when you upload a URL as a file in Kore.ai’s Search Assist, it essentially captures the content of that webpage at the time of upload. If the webpage content changes later, the content within Search Assist won’t automatically update because it’s based on the snapshot taken during the file upload.

Thank you for your response, can you tell me if we can add knowledge base using API in Search AI XO 11 platform or not? please share documentation as well if available.
