SmartAssist: Voice selection of the action to take

Hi, I would like to build an experience flow that will: greet the user with a welcome message ask the user what would he or she like to do based on the input provided by the user at step 2, execute specific usecase using Run Automation. I don’t want to use IVR Digit Input for step but rather have the user say for example “I want to check my invoice status” or “I want my invoice to be sent via email”, etc. How can I achieve this?

*RunAutomation: *

• Configure the Run Automation node by setting up the General Settings with a Custom Name and selecting the Bot for automation.
• Proceed to the Use Case Collection to choose a specific Use Case for automation.
• Define the Actions for success and failure scenarios.

*Conversational Input: *

• Configure the Conversational Input node by setting up the General Settings with a Custom Name and the Message to User.
• Link the Conversational Input to a Virtual Assistant with intent-based use cases.
• Set up Intent Branches and Timeout settings for the Conversational Input node.

You can try this and take help from community if you see any issues.
