Is there a way to bulk download all the chat between bot and user at a time

Hello team,

I am looking for a way to bulk download all the transcript between bot and user in a stipulated period, Currently, in the UI we have manually select each customer id to download the transcript.

I understand how it can be time-consuming to download transcripts one by one from the XOCC UI, especially when you’re dealing with a large volume of conversations. At the moment, there isn’t a direct option in the UI to bulk download all transcripts for a period of time.

The best workaround is to use the Conversation History APIs, which let you pull transcripts programmatically for a given date range. Alternatively, you can use Analytics exports, but those will give you structured data rather than the full raw chat transcripts.
