How top Design the colour theme of bot window

Hi,

I would like to change the color theme of the bot design. After I built the bot, and I click on “Talk to the bot” to test the bot and see how it works, I would like to have a different colors schema. Can you please tell me on how to change the theme of colors so that the chat window looks aligned with the organizational color schema.

Hi @kashish.choudhary , Please refer to the below steps and screenshot to achieve your requirement. Goto → Channels → Select Web/Mobile Client and the then the configuration page appears on the screen. Select Customize Widget and create a new theme by clicking on the dropdown. and goto “Body” Section and you will have a provision to give Image URL to change Background Image.
