the scenario is once user say “Thanks or Thank you” bot is triggering small talk “alright then or OK” and disconnecting call its not waiting for user input for next task
Example :
Bot : Member id is 123456
User : thanks
Bot : Alright , then ( end’s call)
Bot is not waiting for user input. How to handle this situation

@srujan.madderla these changes are already made but result is same in voice. using smart assist
Example :
User : what is your userID
Bot: my userID is 123456
User: thanks ( and call is getting disconnected)
bot is not waiting for user input
