Error Code 421 (ResolverError) while trying to connect to an external API

Hi Kore,

I have been trying to connect a Kore bot to Zendesk just to get data and im starting to see an error code while trying to a get with a specific endpoint.

When i try to do the same thing on Postman it works with no issues. I’ll leave the screenshots below:

Hi Teams,

Thanks for answering, however i tried with a different endpoint from Zendesk and it worked so im keeping looking for a solution. At this time i will use a different endpoint but I’d like to know why keeps failing on Kore,
