These are the IPs by region that are used to make outgoing calls (like service nodes) This is for all the products in the respective SaaS instances.

If our users are using it consuming any third party service that may need IP whitelisting the below information may be used.

Note: This is not applicable for Managed Hosting and On-Premise installation.

Is there a process in place to be alerted to changes to these IPs so functionality is not impacted should they change?

if I subscribe a plan in platform.kore.ai, will all the regions be avaible to me for my subscription？Or I can only access USA region?

Welcome to the Kore.ai Community!

If you’ve registered your profile on platform.kore.ai, you’ll have access to the USA region by default.

To use or access other regions, you will need to register separately on the respective regional instances.
