Error: Cannot hear audio for voice flow while testing AgentTransfer

Found few errors/bugs in SmartAssist.

  1. Cannot hear audio for voice flow while testing AgentTransfer flow from Testing Widget to test the flow but it is working when testing through placing calls to the assigned number.
  2. Once able to hear the bot through placing call and requested to connect to agent and is setup as SmartAssist agent connect. When connected to agent and we cannot hear the agent or vice-versa. But when changed the agent to a phone number it is redirecting the call to that number which is working.

Can anyone advice me if i’m doing something wrong or it is actually a bug.

We would like to have some clarification on the replication steps -

When testing the agent transfer - are you using the same account for testing and as agent??
