Our Commitment to Your Data Privacy

At Kore.ai, we are deeply committed to protecting your data privacy and providing you with complete control over your account and information. We understand that your needs may change, and we’ve designed a transparent, straightforward process for managing your account.

Here are a few things one must understand before proceeding with the rest of the document -

  • Your account is also called Workspace.
  • Every workspace has a unique primary account owner. Usually the email ID of the primary account owner is used for identifying the workspace.
  • No one single email ID can be an owner of multiple workspaces/accounts on the same instance.
  • Every bot/VA and configurations are a part of your workspace or account. Your overall session usage etc is rolled up to your account/workspace level.
  • An individual can be invited to other workspaces/accounts. They can be assigned various roles. But that does not make them the owner of those workspaces even if they are invited as an admin.

Account Deletion Process

Your Right to Delete

We respect your right to delete your account and associated data. If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can request account deletion through our support channels.

What Happens During Account Deletion

When you request account deletion, we ensure a comprehensive removal of your data:

Every Bot/App in your workspace will be deleted. This includes the ones created by you and every other collaborator of your workspace.

  • If you are the Bot/App owner of the Bots/Apps created in other accounts, then ownership of those Bots/Apps will be transferred to Workspace Owner and your access will be revoked in those Bots/Apps

  • Your Workspace’s associated data tables and process apps will be removed

  • You access to all other Bots/Apps from every other workspace you are associated will be revoked

For Invited Users

  • If you are the Bot/App owner of the Bots/Apps created in the invited workspace, ownership of your bots will be transferred to the workspace owner

  • Ownership of data tables and process apps will be transferred to the workspace owner

  • You access to all other Bots/Apps from the invited workspace and every other workspace you are associated will be revoked

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please:

  1. Contact our support team by raising a support ticket (https://support.kore.ai).

  2. Provide the email address that is the owner of the your account. It is always better to double check that the email ID you are providing is the Primary Master Admin. Because ths account deletion request is not a reversible operation and any loss of data for unintended accounts can be critical.

  • We may suggest alternatives or discuss your reasons for deletion

  • Our team will guide you through the process

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
