We are planning to create multiple custom session tags through out the conversation and use those to filter and create reports for business.
Since the tags will be saved within the kore.ai, will it hinder the performance of the bot?
Any insight on this is appreciated.

The number of custom session tags will not affect bot performance or runtime interactions (customer-to-bot conversations). Measures are in place to mitigate such risks. However, a higher volume of tags may slightly increase the loading time of Analytics or Dashboards, since rendering time is proportional to the data being processed. To optimize reporting and ensure efficiency, we recommend avoiding duplicate or irrelevant session tags.
