Why i am not able to see PHONE NUMBER , PIN and SECRET in IVR Channel Configuration settings?

Hi Team,

I am not able to see the details like PHONE NUMBER , PIN and SECRET while configuring IVR Channel in my bot. Please see attached screen shot:

But according to your documentation when i enable IVR Sandbox settings it must show the settings.

Could you please tell me the reason why these settings are not coming and what can i do to enable the same?

Are you using our cloud based platform or had it installed on-premise?

Cloud based platform.

I was also not able to see them initially.
After enabling the sandbox, please update voice call properties and save.

After publishing when I went back to channel setting, I was able to see Pin and Secret.
