While adding the Kore.ai market place Bot to the Workplace for Facebook channel, ending up in "user is not allowed to create this resource" error?

This validation error is displayed from Facebook Workplace as they have deprecated and stopped supporting the custom app integrations for bots. However, as an alternative, you can register with Kore.ai platform and have a developer account to build your custom bots and then have the ‘Workplace by Facebook’ enabled as a channel to have the Bot in your workplace account. This way you will have more control over the bot and also, you can customize the bot as per your business needs.
