Where can we read user feedback?

Hi,

It seems that there is no way to review the voluntary responses from users who submit negative feedback.
Where can we access/read them?

Thank you for contacting the Kore.ai Community Team.

As per the design, feedback data are being captured and stored in the backend database.

Unfortunately, the current version of the platform does not have the feature of the Feedback Analytics Dashboard to show this data. However, please note that it is part of our roadmap and will be implemented in future versions.
