Where an alert task should be placed

Hi ,
We are making a customer help desk chat bot that uses to create the incident in service now on the basis of utterances provides. The requirement is we need to automatically trigger the user regarding the status of incident created in service now in every 2 hrs.

I ma not getting how to do it
