When we cancel the digital forms bot is triggering standard response, but instead of showing some text I would like to trigger a dialog task. Is there any way I can configure it.

You can select to have the dialog flow continue if the form is cancelled. The settings are at the bottom of the Digital Form node properties in the Advanced Controls section. The setting allows you to select the next node to use after cancellation.
You can also modify the standard response message if that provides a better experience.
