When the ML and FM engines conflict, always give priority to the FM engine

If there is a conflict between ML and FM engine, can the Ranking and Resolver give priority to FM engine.

No. The Ranking and Resolver does not favor one engine’s results over another.
It comes down to how confident each engine was in determining its answer, and then a potential rescoring based on the evidence of the match.

So if you have conflicts then you need to look at the training and adjust it - maybe add more, remove some, increase thresholds.
