Hi, Has anyone tried integrating Whatsapp Business as a channel using whatsapp Cloud API. We are facing issues currently post integration per the documentation. While the integration is working fine the issue is with intent recognition and getting a response from search.ai which has been configured as a fall back in our use case.
When the user sends a message whcih matches the intent from a dialog task then we are getting a response in whatsapp. however when any other message is passed the bot fails to pass it to Search (which is configured in fallback) and hence there is no response from the bot.
