Usually, From various channels excluding the bot builder tool, the users/developers will not be able to talk to the bot unless the given tasks have been published and approved by the bots Enterprise Admin.
In order to facilitate the developer to develop a Bot in a test-driven approach, the “cheat developer on” / “cheat developer off” command will help you in communicating with the bot as a developer and verify channel specific responses.
Note that once a bot is published these commands cannot be used with bots published for anonymous use. If a bot is published for a named user (Enterprise use) these commands will be honoured.
