Is there a metric in Kore.ai that measures AV response time (how long the user waits after finishing speaking) or an average?
Also, is there a metric in Kore that measures ASR and TTS response time or an average?
These metrics are of interest to our client.

Kore.ai does not provide a built-in or dedicated metric for AV response time. For agent calls, network instability metrics such as MOS (Mean Opinion Score) can impact perceived latency, but these are not presented as a standalone “AV response time” metric within Kore.ai dashboards or reports.
Similarly, there is no direct metric exposed for ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) or TTS (Text-to-Speech) response times in the documentation. Actual latency in these cases depends on factors such as engine processing speed, network conditions, and model performance. If detailed timing analysis is required, this would need to be measured externally.
