Export usage metrics

Somehow my query didn’t come through
My query is “How can i export usage metrics”.
It can be either csv or json.
There is an option in the bot builder called Analyse->Metrics where you can filter as per your criteria and on the right most you can see a export icon click on that to export your metrics.

I am talking about usage metrics available under dashboard.
Custom dashboards - you can export all widgets data at once using export option at dashboard level. However, at widget level also JSON export is allowed.
For the default usage metrics however, you cannot download straight away.
You can use APIs to download the required information. If you refer to https://developer.kore.ai/docs/bots/api-guide/api-list/ you can use Sessions History and Conversation History for your purpose.
