Update Preferred Name ticket undefined issue and email sync issue in bot builder

when we update preferred name from the Bot builder it got updated and after updating name then bot is asking for email sync then ticket will generated but in our case ticket is generated but message is undefined number "I have created a request in the Ava service portal. The ticket number is undefined. A service agent will contact you".

Could you please confirm your bot integrated with a ticketing system ?

If yes, there might be an issue with the API call to create the ticket and retrieve the number.
please check the error logs or integration settings for any errors or misconfigurations.

we already checked and observed that the number parameter missing in the API response.
