Unable to test Twitter Bot - channel enabled via kore.ai Bot Builder

I am Unable to test Twitter Bot - channel enabled via kore.ai Bot Builder

when I click on “Test” after completing the Kore.AI & Twitter integrations , I receve the below error,

{“errors”:[{“msg”:“Internal Server Error”,“code”:500}]}

Please suggest how to test twitter channel enabled via Kore.AI Bot Builder

Hi Baskar,

When a Developer enables Twitter Channel in the bot with one Twitter account ( it will be considered as a Bot in Twitter).
Now if the same twitter login with which the channel has been integrated is available in browser, then on clicking Test Button in Builder tool, the builder throws an error message because we are is trying to communicate with Bot(Twitter bot) using the same Twitter account.

You will need to login to Twitter with another account to get the “Test” button working.
We will update our documentation.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am able to test now . But I am unable to test the intents configured in Kore.AI as Direct Message in Twitter . Basically I am using another Account to place an intent request (as configured in Kore.AI) to the Twitter account integrated during channel enablement.

Could you pls suggest

Please let us know if the bot is responding to general small talk like “Hi”, “hello” etc.
