Hey, I have created a simple database in kore.ai for testing some stuff.
I have succssefuly managed to insert data to the data table which is shown below, the bot’s language is not in latin alphabet, sorry for the inconvenience.
Anyway, i got stuck on the process of making the bot fetch lines from the database throught chat. I would like to understand how can i make the bot recgonize a customer - for example: the user inserting the number -0543302707 and the bot will answer a confirmation of “hey, are you “abc” that lives in “xyz””?
Another topic is that i’ve noticed that i inserted duplicated data by mistake. Is there a way of preventing it in the future?
