Unable to fetch the dashboard widget data

https://bots.kore.ai/api/public/bot/{{BotId}}/dashboard/MedAppBOTDashboard/widget/SuccessVsFailure?startDate=2021-07-26&endDate=2021-07-27&limit=20
I had used the above API with corresponding BotId to get dashboard widget data however, when I hit this API in postman I am unable to widget data despite response status code 200.

Could please advise on this issue.

Hi @krishimadhu,

Please verify the API with more duration i.e., have at least 30 days between from and to date.

Also, kindly send us the response screenshot from the postman.
