Unable to establish connection with Azure OpenAI

Hi Kore AI Team,

We are not able to establish connection with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
Could you please help me on this one ?

Does the Sub-Domain & Deployment ID are Same ? and On which basis we are enabling the Model Configuration (GPT - 3 Model or GPT - 3.5 Model or Any Model)

API key can be taken from the azure console as shown below and sub domain would be the domain name present in the endpoint URL
