We have checked it at our end.
We are able to create, edit and delete classes successfully in the Knowledge collection.
Kindly check again and let us know.
The error “Internal server error” could be due to the network issue, platform session time out, etc.
If the issue is still persisting, then replicate the error and send us the network HAR file through our support portal.
How to download network HAR?
