Unable to create Classes

Hi,

I am trying to create classes and use them on Tags and on Q&As but after I click on the Save button I receive the following error message.

We have checked it at our end.
We are able to create, edit and delete classes successfully in the Knowledge collection.

Kindly check again and let us know.

The error “Internal server error” could be due to the network issue, platform session time out, etc.

If the issue is still persisting, then replicate the error and send us the network HAR file through our support portal.

How to download network HAR?

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to the page where the issue is occurring.
  2. Press F12, in the debug window, navigate to “Network” tab.
  3. Check the box next to Preserve log .
  4. Now try to reproduce the issue that you were experiencing before, while the network requests are being recorded.
  5. Once you have reproduced the issue, right-click anywhere on the grid of network requests, select Save as HAR with Content , and save the file to your computer.
