Unable to access the designed chatbot through Web/Mobile channel

Facing the below exception or error while trying to utilize the designed service (Published) through Web/Mobile channel.

[Note: Initially I was able to access the Services through Web/Mobile channel]

Yes… I have Recently added the FAQ (Knowledge-Graph) and published the Chatbot. Suddenly it was not working now which was working earlier. Is there any outage or down time from Kore AI or Any issue on Channel ?

Could you please share the screenshot of VA> MANAGE> PLAN & USAGE and also the wallet ?

Please find the Sample reference screenshot below:

Then we will be able to identify if the issue is related to credits or plan extension.

Looks like the Workspace free credits got expired. Does it causes the issue while trying to utilize the designed service (Published) through Web/Mobile channel ?
