Not taking response from user when calling from twilio but it only say welcome message and how can i help you then disconnect .

If we understood this correctly, When calling from a twilio number, you hear the welcome prompt and call gets disconnected. Is this behavior observed with SmartAssist bot or a Standard Bot?
