Triggering Fall Back task when user has typed his query

Hi,

After the welcome task I have used Button Template to display main menu. We are getting the result by typing the button value. But whenever user wanted to type his query or If he type FAQ it is redirecting to the fall back. Can anyone help me with this ???

But it is able to display after the fall back

There is the concept called manage Interruptions. Manage interruption handles these kind of case . If you go through the documentation , you would understand better.
