Text Template with video attachment

Good afternoon, I have been implementing the template (Text Template with video attachment)
thumbnail is seen but does not play video. Any additional settings that I need to do?

The text template with Video is working as expected.

The issue is with sample URL available by default in the template.

Please use the following URL as “videoURL” in the template code and check.

“https://www.learningcontainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/sample-mp4-file.mp4”

Ideally, the videoURL that you are using should return a video directly.

Hi @yogaramya.mendu Thank you, I really appreciate your time, my query is because I can only see video that I have stored locally or on the server. But if I try to see an external url eg (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvbaiNgmvo8) I cannot see the video.

The text template with video supports all valid video URL.

YouTube URLs are currently not supported as it is considered as a webPage URL not a video URL.
