Standard response "manage account" doesn't work

Hi,

To edit your user account information, we need to trigger the “manage account” standard response.
( [Standard Response] There are more than one account for the user to pick from - #5 )
However, when inputting “manage account” or “manage profile” into Talk to Bot, it results in a server call error, preventing account information editing.
What might be the cause?

In addition, using the standard responses, there is a high likelihood that expressions like “manage account” or “manage profile” may trigger other tasks, which is quite inconvenient.
Is there any alternative way to manage an account besides using Talk to Bot?
