SSL certificate error with servicenow APIs

Hi,

I am using Servicenow APIs in the service nodes, it was working fine but all of a sudden it stopped and giving 400 SSL certificate error. Same APIs are working on any other tool.

What could be the possible issue?

Hi Rohit,

I get the exact same error. The API call works fine from Postman, but when running it from Kore.AI I get the certificate error.
Did you ever find a solution to this?

Thanks, Paul

Hi Paul,

Thank you for reaching out to Kore.ai Community.
Could you please share the relevant screenshots replicating the issue on the platform.

Also, please confirm if your using cloud or on premise instance.

It might be possible that certificates are still there but those are expired. So you can check by going to trust store in servicenow.

Hi Paul,

Yes I got the solution. Kore team has provided me 3 certificates (Root, intermediate and leaf). We have to upload them in servicenow and assign a user with security admin privilege to those certificates. Once done, you will be able to use Servicenow APIs in Kore platform

Here’s the screenshot.

Hi Rohit,

Perfect, thanks. I’ll ask the ServiceNow team to validate this.
Thanks for your quick response!

Paul
