Special Characters in entity values and user utterance

Hi @Subrahmanyam,

We avoid using special characters in value and synonyms for entity.
Why so?
Also can you please share list of special characters not working in bot?

Hi Neha,

The special characters in the “Synonyms” given for entity will be ignored while parsing/executing the entity node.
Hence, we suggest to eliminate using special characters in the “Synonyms”.
