Somehow bot can't answer to FAQ items in widget, but can in testing

Good afternoon!

I feel stupid, but I’ve gone through everything I can in the interface and I don’t understand what’s wrong at all.

I have a situation, I have added (imported to be exact) many different FAQ items and when I test the bot via the Test button in the top right corner, it responds to everything perfectly:

Next I did publish and clicked all the checkboxes in the Deploy section:

I ask the same thing to the bot I built in via Widget, and it doesn’t understand anything and can’t answer the FAQ questions. At the same time Search AI works and it sometimes responds with content from the site:

I’m pretty sure it’s because I don’t have KG Engine published somehow:

But I’ve already searched everything and I don’t understand where to look and what to do to make KG Engine become Published.

Can you help? I’m trying to solve this problem for the second day.
