Some Integrated channels are not appeared in "Published" mode(Status)

Hi,

I have created a bot and tried channel integration with different channels. I integrated with Skype, MS Teams and Messenger and all these are listed as integrated channels when the status is in “In Development” mode. But only Skype is displayed as integrated channel and other two are not listed when it is in “Published” mode. Can I please get any idea about this and help to resolve this issue?

Sorry for the delay in response.
We are not able to reproduce this issue on our side.

Could be some cache issue in the browser, try clearing that, and if you are able to see this issue again write back to us with the necessary screenshots.

Whenever you enable a channel it is important that bot is published with these channels. Once published, you will see it under published mode also.
As of now, in your case it looks like only Skype channel was published.
