Hi,

I would like to implement the following logic within my experience flow:

  1. Greet the user with welcome message
  2. Ask the user in what language would he like to continue (English or Polish)

How can I achieve such logic? I know from research that conversational input and run automation should be utilised. However I’m not quite sure how. Would you be able to share example?

The example has information about configuring English and Chinese language.

The experience flow started with Greeting Message and followed by IVR Language Menu.

Thanks, this looks good. One thing that I would like different in this solution is to select language via conversational input (i.e. For English say English, For Polish say Polski). Basically, I would like not to use IVR menu. Would something like this be possible?

above one using the IVR menu node to switch to another language, and I want to create an IVR multilingual menu without using the IVR menu node, and it should be switched to another language. Is it possible?

Have you found any information about changing languages ​​with Conversational Input?

I’m interested in the same thing and I can’t find any information to give me an idea.
