As live chat is not supported in koreai. Is there any way for liveagent using Smartassist.can you please provide any decoumentation regarding that.

SmartAssist is a Kore product, and it is possible to use it for agent transfer for your bot.
Let us know if you are able to access the documents shared below. For an already existing bot, you just need to use that to create smart assist bot, and the documents are have steps to test and deploy it to channels.
