I would like to clean up my environment off some unused experience flows. Any flow I try to delete, I get an error message (screenshot attached to this topic). Each of the flows I try to delete have no components. I have tried various options but none work. What should be done?

Please check if the experience flows are associated to any channels.
If yes, please uncheck the associated channels and then publish again.

After the publish you should be able to delete the unused experience flows.

Channel selected for the following experience flow (and the other flows in question) is a voice channel. Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Hi @dzejk, the error is indicating that there are open conversations/sessions for the channel that the experience flow is published to.
The error should go away as the session on that particular channel effectively die out. Are you still facing this issue?
