Smart assist- controlling agent's reply to user

Hi team, we are trying to control the agents reply to user (e.g. : abusive/offensive) language.

we have a bot in place integrated with smartassist for agent support.
and currently we are not using any custom sdk or nlp options.
Is there are way to block a customer for using offensive/abusive language against agents.

If not then what are other options to tackle this?
Kindly help us by providing an answer for this issue.
