shift between bots

Hi everyone,

As we have multiple bots for example 1 for HR and the other if for IT, can we shift between those two bots, like if i am chatting with HR bot can i call the IT bot from it?

We think Universal bot could resolve your use case. Please read here.

Please keep in mind that as of now, once you link some bots in a universal bot, you will not be able to unlink them after you publish the universal bot. You can add more bots if you want. Unlink feature will be released sometime mid this year.
