SetUserInfo Does not work for virtual assistan conversation

Hi guys, I have an integration through the webhook channel with Kore, and in the welcome task I have the following script to capture the information of the user that writes (for the moment it is burned for testing purposes)

The idea is that when I go to the Contact Center AI -Analytics - Interactions section I would like to see the information that is stored in the Welcome flow script for the user and not the Webhook User phrase.

Any ideas you can give me to achieve this?
