Hi , I would like to know if I can identify a value from predefined list entity based on analysing the another entity value (i.e issue)

So, I would like XO bot to select a value from a list(i.e Category) automatically by analysing another entity value (i.e description of an Issue) for an ITSM requirement.

Hi @sravyavsvn123 ,

For this issue, assuming that the two entity nodes(CategoryEntity and DescriptionEntity) are within the same dialog, you can have the “CategoryEntity” node as a hidden entity.

And you can set the CategoryEntity value through the script node based on the DescriptionEntity value.

You need to take the help of a script node to add the business logic and based on that the value to the categoryEntity can be assigned in script.
