We are working on a use case where we need to send documents to users via WhatsApp using Kore.ai’s Alert Task. Our current approach involves utilizing a webhook to call an external service (such as gupshup) to send the documents to the users on WhatsApp.
Configure Kore.ai Alert Task:
We plan to configure the Kore.ai Alert Task to trigger on specific conditions and send a request to an external service (via a webhook).
