Seems server down for Bot Platform

Hi Team,

We are not getting any response from Server. We have set of 2 accounts. None of them are working since 3 hours. Are you guys doing any deployment? On platform, it is showing {{loaderMessage}} Whenever we open chat interface, it shows End of chat history.

Can you please let us know a few things -

  1. Is this still happening?
  2. Do you see this for any specific browser or internet service provider?
  3. What is the role of the user who is facing this issue? bot developer/ tester/ custom role? Is an admin user/ bot owner seeing same issue?

The issue got resolved on the same day right after 4 hours. We entire team were facing same issues. Roles like Admin, Developer, tester all of us were facing issue. Even Chat Interface on Platform was not opening. Now it is resolved.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Is there any time-stamp/ time-frame you can help us with so that we can check with internal teams if there was any outage? There is nothing we were aware of yet. Also, was this for bots.kore.ai or eu-bots.kore.ai ?
