Sample bot creation

Hello,

i am trying to create an instance of the Travel Planning Sample bot according to these two tutorials, but it seems on my botbuilder console i do not see any “down arrow” menus next to the New Bot button. Neither could i find it on the marketplace or other options under the New Bot button.

Installing the Travel Planning Sample Bot

  1. Log on to Bot Builder.
  2. To view your sample bots, click the down-arrow next to the +New Bot and select Install Sample Bots.
  3. Search for Travel Planning Sample , hover and then click Install .
  4. The Travel Planning Sample installed successfully message is displayed and the sample bot is added to your Bot Builder Landing page.
  5. You can talk to Bot to understand its functionality.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have informed our documentation team to update the respective documents.

You can get the sample bots by clicking on New bot >> Start from store >> choose a bot and you can find the detailed video/document explaining the features of the bot.

These bots can also be downloaded into your account.
