Real time Replication of raw data (including meta data and conversations related data) from XO platform to an external stand alone database

Hi there, We have a requirement to replicate all the raw data stored in Kore XO platform to an external database for analytics and reporting processes.
I have below questions, if someone could pls respond:

  1. Our understanding is that Kore is utilizing Mongo DB for XO platform. Is this correct?
  2. What are other ways except the APIs to access and copy raw data in real time?
