Reached end of dialog error in bot builder

Hi team,
I have virtual assistant created in my workspace and it is working fine before I have published the bot. After publishing the bot it is stopped working in the kore.ai bot builder website in talk to bot I am unable to develop or make any changes as the talk to bot is not working is giving an error that is it reached end of dialog I don’t know what exactly the problem is I have even tried importing the entire bot it works for few minutes and again the same error.(**NOTE:**The bot is working in web/SDK channel).

  • Could you please confirm the time stamp from when you are seeing this issue ?
  • Please confirm if there were any configurations changes made in the bot recently ?
  • Try taking the export of the bot and import it as new bot and verify if you are able to see the issue.

Hi Srujan,
11:23:08:349 is the time stamp.
I haven’t done any recent configurations.
After importing the bot again, it is working fine but this issue is coming constantly.
