Hi, I need help!
I’m currently facing a problem with the visualization of a survey in my android app connected by SDK.
Turns out I developed a like/dislike feedback survey for when an FAQ is triggered and I can see this feedback survey when testing the bot inside the platform (https://platform.kore.ai/)
Then I decided to test this inside my app trough Android SDK and I cannot see the feedback survey, but it throws the error prompting when the entity of the feedback is not recognized, so I believe it connects with the feedback but someway is not presenting it in the app.
What should I do to get to see the feedback survey in my Android app through the SDK integration?
